These terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between you as a client and we as a service provider:

How to order?
If you have a project for us and you would like to make an enquiry about pricing, delivery, and other aspects related to the project, you can contact us by email at contact[@]tradbee.eu.
Upon receiving your enquiry, our customer service representatives will get in touch with you via email and send you a quotation that shall be valid for 48 hours.
To submit an order, simply follow the instructions you receive in the quotation email. This can include but it is not limited to completing an order form and sending it back via email or simply accessing a link, completing the order form and submitting it online.
In the case of large scale projects or in case of orders exceeding EUR150, it may be necessary to sign a separate contract agreement that sets out the terms and conditions governing the execution of that particular project.
As soon as we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation email and start working on your project. The delivery times referred to in the quotation email can suffer modifications only in cases of emergency that shall be communicated to you without undue delay.
In case of complaints, please send us an email at contact[@]tradbee.eu. Complaints regarding the quality of a project can be made for up to 14 working days calculated from the delivery of the project. The complainant is entitled to a partial or full refund, depending on the severity of the damages suffered by the complainant.
Right of withdrawal
You have a right to withdraw from the contract no later than 8 hours from the time you’ve placed the order on our site. You can notify your withdrawal via phone or email.
The law governing the contractual relationship between the parties is the Hungarian civil code (ACT V OF 2013 ON THE CIVIL CODE).
